CONSTITUTIONALLY WRONG FOR POLICE TO DENY PEACEFUL CANDLE LIGHT VIGIL

With all due respect to the Malaysian Royal Police Force,
it is a total disrespect of the Words and the Spirit of the
Malaysian Constitution Article 10 to deny Malaysians from
staging PEACEFUL Gathering !

There is NO DANGER from this PEACEFUL CANDLE LIGHT VIGIL
by RESPONSIBLE MALAYSIAN CITIZENS !

There is NO DANGER to :
THE PUBLIC (in fact, be MORE SAFER with the presence of more Police personnel !!!)
THE SHOPPERS (in fact, will make them stay longer and SHOP MORE !!!)
THE TOURISTS (in fact, a way to show them TRUE DEMOCRACY at work !)
THE SHOP KEEPERS (in fact , more business for them !)
and
THE UMNO LED POLITICIANS (in fact, more respect for them that they
actually uphold the DEMOCRACY of this country !!!!)

SO , WHAT IS THE REAL EXCUSE FOR REFUSING THE
POLICE PERMIT FOR THIS AND OTHER PEACEFUL GATHERING ???

The unsaid TRUTH is that the MALAYSIAN ROYAL POLICE FORCE
is being USED by the UMNOPUTRA's as an INSTRUMENT OF WA R
against it's people.

This is blatantly obvious from the VIOLENT ATTACK on the
peaceful walk by the BERSIH Rally in November 2007and the
following ATTACK on the peaceful HINDRAF on 25 November 2007
to the British High Commission.

I hope that the Inspector General of Police of Malaysia will
realize soon that he is a PUPPET in the hands of the
UMNOPUTRA's.

IGP, Please stop being used as an instrument by the Politicians
and be the instrument of SAFETY AND SAFE GUARD for the
TRUE MALAYSIANS and the MALAYSIAN CONSTITUTION.
